Bounded by Lansdowne Avenue to the west, College Street to the north, Ossington Avenue to the east and the rail tracks to the south.
A largely residential west-end enclave with a strong Portuguese and Brazilian community.
Portuguese storefronts line College and Dundas, alongside a growing mix of newer restaurants and shops. It's a walkable, close-knit part of the old city, west of downtown.
The housing is mostly residential streets of semis and row houses. If you're buying into the west end or selling here, I can help you price it right.
