My job is to make that decision as clear and as low-stress as I can, whether you're buying your first place or selling the home you've been in for decades.

I work with you directly, from the first conversation through to closing. I'd rather give you a straight answer than an easy one: an honest price, a realistic timeline, and a plain explanation of what each decision means for you. When something isn't right — a home, an offer, the timing — I'll tell you.

I'm well supported, too. I work with mortgage brokers and home inspectors I trust, so the pieces around a purchase or sale are handled by people who know what they're doing. And because I'm based in the Beaches and spend my time in the east end, I bring real, street-level knowledge to the neighbourhoods I work in — the kind that comes from being here, not from a listings database.
