Liberty Village turned an industrial pocket into an enclave of concrete, glass and brick in just a few years. Former factories became residential lofts and creative office space, and design and tech firms followed.
The draw is location: a short walk to the lake, a quick streetcar to the financial core and steps from King West's restaurants and galleries. Condo and loft buyers and sellers here need someone who knows the building stock — that's a conversation I'm glad to have.
