Rosedale
Bounded by the rail tracks to the north, Bayview Avenue to the east, Bloor Street to the south and Yonge Street to the west.
One of Toronto's oldest and most established residential neighbourhoods, set among ravines.
Built across three ravines preserved as parkland, Rosedale is quiet and green despite sitting in the middle of the city — the trees soften almost all the traffic noise. Homes are mostly single-family detached houses on generous lots.
It's a settled, family neighbourhood with its own spring park tradition, Mayfair. Selling a Rosedale home is a specialized job.
